芪桃片治疗糖尿病鼠周围神经病变的电镜研究

用中药芪桃片对糖尿病鼠周围神经病变进行了实验性研究，利用电子显微镜观察病鼠坐骨神经的超微结构变化。发现病鼠坐骨神经纤维轴索内大多数肿胀的线粒体都恢复正常结构，髓 板层分离，变形和肿胀或萎缩的轴索都明显减少，郎飞结肿胀的结旁区得以改善，雪旺氏细胞内粗面内质肉扩张的现象也消失。

Electron Microscopic Study on Thitow Pills Cured Pathological Changes of Peripheral Nerve of Diabetic Rats

Thitow pills of Chinese medical herbs was administered to rats with diabets to study their pathological changes of the peripheral nerve.The ultrastructural changes of sciatic nerve of diabetic rats were observed by electron microscope.The results showed that a great many swolling mitochondria in the axons of sciatic nervous fibers of diabetic rats were returned to normal structures.The laminar dissociation and the morphologic changes of myelin sheach and the axons of swolled or contracted were reduced evidentially.The swolling parandoal region of Ranvier nod were improvemented,and the distending rough endoplasmic reticulum in schwann cells were disappeared. Our experimental results indicated that both Thitow pill and Ganglioside can recovers the material metabolism and changes the pathological structrues of peripheral nerve into the normal structures.It provided some evidence for the effect of clinical cure.
