摘    要:Ni-Mn-Ga合金具有形状记忆效应与巨磁热效应特征,是一种具有良好应用前景的新型磁性功能材料.稀土元素Gd的加入不仅可以改善合金的机械性能,而且还能保持该合金的磁性能.本文主要采用TEM分析方法,研究Ni53.4Mn20.0Ga25.6Gd1.0合金的微观组织结构.结果表明该合金的室温组织比较复杂,以无调制马氏体相为主,部分区域具有七层与十层调制结构的马氏体.稀土元素Gd部分溶入基体,部分以多元相的形式析出.

Abstract:Ni-Mn-Ga alloy is well known for its shape memory effect, and now is well-studied in magnetic refrigeration as a potential magnetic refrigerant for its giant magnetocaloric effect. With the addition of rare earth element Gd, the mechanical property of Ni-Mn-Ga alloy can be improved as maintaining its magnetic property. In this paper, the microstructure of Ni53.4 Mn20.0 Ga25.6 Gd1.0 was studied by TEM. The results show that the microstrncture was more complex. At room temperature, the alloy was composed of mainly non-modulated martensite, a little seven-layered and ten-layered modulated martensite. Rare earth element Gd partly dissolved in the matrix and partly occursed as quaternary precipitates such as Gd or Ni rich Ni-Mn-Ga-Gd phase.
