| 摘 要： | 综述了扫描电子显微镜（SEM）测试技术在岩土工程中的若干进展，包括样品的制备及测试方法，微观结构变化的动态监测方法，扫描电子显微镜的定量分析技术，微观力学本构模型的研究等方面。就SEM应用现状及发展趋势作了评述。

| Abstract: | Some advances of scanning electron microscopy (SEM) in geotechnical engineering were reviewed in this paper, including the preparation of samples and its measuring dynamic state monitoring of microstructure variation of geotechnical materials, quantitative analysis technology of SEM, the establishing of micro mechanics constitutive model, etc. The applications of SEM in geotechnical engineering were also given. |
