| 摘 要： | "临近空间浮空平台"是指能够在"临近空间"区域长时间、准静止运行,并可承载一定规模有效载荷的可靠飞行器。临近空间平台的配置、稳定性、高度与拓扑结构关系到空间平台的覆盖能力和业务质量。面对"临近空间浮空平台"未来巨大的应用潜力,就"临近空间浮空平台"将来在导航方面应用中的空间布局进行了初步探讨,为构建一个"临近空间导航定位系统"打下一定技术基础。

| Abstract: | A 'near space platform station' is the tried aerocraft that can quasi-stationarily fly for a long time in the near space area and can bear a payload with certain weight and size.The configuration,stability,altitude and topology of near space platform stations have relations with their coverage capability and quality of service.In the face of the application potential of near space platform stations in the future,the paper discusses their space distribution in the navigation applications in order to lay the technical foundation for constructing a near space navigation and positioning system. |
