多传感器信息融合系统作战效能评估研究

摘    要:多传感器信息融合系统日趋复杂,对整个多传感器信息融合系统进行客观、综合、量化的评估评价既是作战使用又是系统研制发展的需要。在信息系统效能评估体系的基础上,研究了多传感器信息融合效能评估的指标体系,探讨了指标体系的确立原则,提出了信息处理级、态势级和决策级3级作战效能评估的系统效能指标体系,并给出了基于该体系的通用评估模型,为进一步量化评估各级各类多传感器信息融合系统提供依据。

Abstract:Multisensor data fusion system is more complicated and the performance of a MSDF system depends very much on the complexity of the problem. This paper presents an approach for evaluating MSDF of ISR that considers the difficulty o f the problem. It is necessary to offer cost effective means to start the design of new systems and facilitate the upgrade of existing capabilities. In respect of MSDF effectiveness evaluation,the author proposes a single-sensor effective n ess analysis model and a general multisensor effectiveness analysis model. We pr esent MOE of fusion level and discuss the MSDF effectiveness evaluation method.
