无人机故障预测系统研究

摘    要:针对无人机故障预测需求,设计了一种基于遥测数据智能解译的无人机故障预测系统。先从功能设计、拓扑结构2个方面详细介绍了系统的工作原理,再从技术体系和算法流程2个角度讨论了系统故障预测的方法和机理,最后根据遥测数据的变化特性,模拟生成了故障数据集,并在模拟的故障数据集上开展了故障预测的仿真实验及分析。实验结果表明,设计的无人机故障预测系统具有良好的故障检测能力。

Abstract:Aiming at the UAV fault prediction requirements,a UAV fault prediction system based on intelligent interpretation of UAV telemetry data is designed.Firstly,the working principle of system is introduced in detail from two aspects:functional design and topology.Secondly,the method and mechanism of system fault prediction are discussed from two aspects:technical system and algorithm flow.Finally,based on the changing characteristics of telemetry data,the simulation generates the fault data set,and the simulation experiment and analysis of fault prediction are carried out on the fault data set.The experimental results show that the designed UAV fault prediction system has better fault detection capability.
