大尺寸支承孔系同轴度激光测量系统及其精度分析

摘    要:本文对于大尺寸支承孔系同轴度的激光测量系统进行了说明与精度分析,给出了激光测量系统的结构和数学模型,讨论了各种系统误差和随机误差对于测量精度的影响,提出了测量系统的精度公式.分析结果表明,该方法的测量精度可以满足大尺寸直线性和同轴度测量的要求.

Abstract:The laser measurement system and its accuracy of coaxiality measurement for bearings of large-scale holes is analyzedin this paper.The setup of system,the mathematic model of the measurement and the influences of random errors and system errors are discussed,finally the error formula of the measuring system is presented.The analysis results show that the laser method of straitness and coaxiality measurement can satisfy the precision requirements of large-scale elements.
