摘    要:在低真空条件下,利用Nd:YAG激光器产生的波长532nm、脉宽4.4ns的脉冲激光聚焦在置于低真空中的于钢铁样品,分析了激光作用后形成的凹腔形貌与激光能量密度、脉冲个数的关系。结果显示,凹腔的直径和深度随激光能量密度及脉冲个数的增大而增加,并且在能量密度小于20GW/cm~2及脉冲个数小于100的情况下凹腔的直径和深度增幅更为明显,反之,其增加趋势变缓。

Abstract:A Nd∶YAG laser with 532 nm wavelength and 4.4 ns pulse width was used to ablate steel sample in low vacuum .The influence of laser irradiance and pulse number to the topography of ablation craters was studied. With the laser irradiance augmentation, the crater diameter and depth increase. When the laser irradiance less than 20 GW/cm2 and pulse number less than 100, the increase of crater diameter and depth was more observably, otherwise, the increase was slower.
