高铬铁基合金激光熔覆层的实验研究

摘    要:在45钢基板上激光熔覆高铬铁基合金耐磨层,获得了合理的工艺参数.对熔覆层进行了金相分析,研究了其回火特性,进行了回火前后的磨损对比试验,测定了熔覆层层深显微硬度的变化,用扫描电镜分析了磨损面.研究表明熔覆层组织均匀细小,450℃回火后激光熔覆层的耐磨性提高了近6倍.
