双振镜二维扫描系统的误差分析和校正技术

摘    要:针对激光烧结快速成型系统中双振镜二维扫描系统存在的聚焦误差和"枕形”畸变,论证了相应的校正办法.分别以动态聚焦模块校正聚焦误差,以网格插值算法软件校正"枕形”畸变.这些校正技术适用于所有使用双振镜实现二维扫描的系统.

Abstract:First the paper analyses the focussing error and "Pillow shaped" distortion of the two vibrational mirrors scanning module in the laser sintering rapid prototyping system,then expounds and proves the vorresponding correcting methods. The focussing error is corrected by means of dynamic focussing module and the "pillow shaped" distortion is corrected with the software of the grid interpolating algorithm. These correcting technologies are suitable for all 2D scanning system using two vibrational mirrors.
