摘    要:研究了GH33高温合金表面激光熔铸钴基合金涂层对耐磨性的影响。磨损试验表明,熔铸层耐磨性较基体金属提高3倍以上,借助SEM、EMPA、X射线衍射等手段对复合涂层磨损机理进行了探讨。

Abstract:In this paper, the effect of Co -- based alloy coating,which is casted on the surface of GH33 high temperature alloy by laser, on wear resistance, has been studied. The result of wear test has shown that the wear resistance of the coating is three times higher than that of the base metal. With the aid of SEM , EMPA,and X -- ray diffraction ,a significant approach to the mechanism of the property is discussed.
