摘    要:对一维光子晶体折射现象的研究大都基于等效折射率, 并没有考虑入射光波经过光子晶体后的光强。通过研究一维光子晶体的折射现象, 考虑入射光波经过光子晶体后的强度也是很有必要的。用传输矩阵法和 Bloch定理分析了两种正常材料构成的一维光子晶体, 当两种材料的介电常数比和填充比分别为 1.33和 0.31, 用归一化频率为 0.655的光波以 18毅角斜入射该光子晶体时, 结果显示:光波发生了负折射, 并且透过率大于 20%。

Abstract:Transmissivity of oblique incidence is numerical studied for refraction phenomena of one dimensional photonic crystal, formost previous researches on the refraction of one dimensional photonic crystal are focus on effective refraction index. A theoreticalanalysis using transfer matrix method and Bloch theorem to one -dimensional photonic crystal constituted by normal materials ispresented. It is shown that for electromagnetic wave with normalized frequency of 0.655 the transmission wave is on the same side ofnormal as incident wave with incident angle of 18 degrees when the dielectric constant ratio and fill ration of photonic crystal are 1.33and 0.31, respectively, indicating a negative effective refraction index of designed one-dimensional photonic crystal with transmissionbeing more than 0.2.
