宽带激光熔覆铁基合金显微组织与工艺参数的关系

摘    要:利用金相检测法计算了单位质量熔覆材料的比能和单位时间实际输人比能.结果表明在扫描速度-定的条件下,单位质量熔覆材料的比能随送粉速率的增大而减小,这种现象随扫描速度的增大而更加显著;在送粉速率恒定的条件下,单位时间实际输入比能随扫描速度的增大而减小,这种现象随送粉速率的增大而更加显著;成功地解释了熔覆层显微组织、陶瓷相WC分布规律与工艺参数之间的关系.

Abstract:The specific energy input E r and the specific heat energy E h were derived based on the metallographical measurement. The experimental method for determining the effective heat utilization of laser and the efficient utilization coefficient of powder in laser coating processes by powder feeding method were designed.By varying the powder feeding rate and scanning speeding Vs under definite laser power P and beam spot dimensions,coating with different thickness was obtained. The factors effected on the specific energy input E r and the specific heat energy E h were studied carefully. When the powder feeding rate increase,the specific energy input E r become larger;under definite powder feeding rate the specific heat energy E h become larger with the scanning speed increase. The explanations were given on the microstructure and the WC distrbutions in the cladded coatings based on the specific energy input E r and the specific heat energy E h.
