北京市突发事件应急科普机制研究

近年来,北京市突发事件发生频率越来越高,因科学普及宣传教育不及时,公众科学意识薄弱造成重大人员伤亡和严重经济损失。本研究通过调查了解北京市突发事件应急科普工作发展现状及存在问题,提出建立健全各部门密切配合,联合行动,包括预案管理、组织协调、科普宣传、资源保障、日常教育等一整套内部运作机制的快速反应应急科普机制。

The Current Status and Countermeasure of Emergency Science Popularization Mechanism in Beijing

In recent years, emergencies are growing increasingly. Lack of timely science popularization and short of consciousness result in many injuries and deaths and economic losses in the emergencies. This study suggests that the principle of feasibility, normalization and efficiency shonld be followed, and the rapid response emergency science popularization mechanism which include pre-arranged planning, organization and coordination, science popularization, resources safeguard and daily education, should be established as well.
