| 摘 要： | 科普一词大约出现在19世纪中叶,确切的年代还有待于今后去发现。科普观念的产生与科学的职业化和专业化有直接的关系。公众理解科学和科学传播的提法始盛于20世纪80年代,但是其源头还要早。

| Abstract: | The article is excerpted from the Report on the Study of the History of American Science Popularization. The term Popular Science appeared around the mid of 19th century. The exact date of its existence still needs further investigation, though. The notion of popular science apparently has close relation with the professionalism and specialization of science. Public understanding of science and science communication became popular in 1980s, but they also derived from an earlier period. |
