我国公私合作科普项目模式探析

公私合作科普项目是在政府、企业和公共机构共同合作的框架下进行的一种新型科普形式,其目的在于提高科普活动的覆盖面和质量,获得项目参与者多方共赢的效果,也是企业履行社会责任的重要途径。本文基于相关理论,通过开展多案例分析,根据性质的不同对项目参与方进行分类,并按"发起者"、"支持者"、"实施者"三类角色扮演者的不同将此类项目分为四种模式,进而分别对其运行模式、适用性、实施效果和参与者能力等方面开展分析。

A Study on Science Popularization Project Mode under Public-Private Coordinative Partnership

Science Popularization Project Mode under Public-Private Coordinative Partnership is a new mode to carry out science popularization activities based on cooperation between government and corporations. Taking enhancing quality and expanding influence of science popularization activities as main objective, this mode is also the way to fulfill social obligations for the corporations and achieve win-win for each project participators. Based on relative theories and comparative case study, the project stakeholders are classified in three ways, which are“sponsor”,“supporter”and“executor”, the project mode is classified in four types, and their operation, applicability, effort and participator capability are analyzed by typical examples.
