| 摘 要： | 科学素养指人们对科学和技术的基本知识、基本观点和科学价值的基本理解,主要包括科学知识、科学方法和科学对社会的影响三个方面。人文素养的核心是对人类生存意义和价值的关怀,人文素养的灵魂是"以人为对象、以人为中心的精神",追求人生和社会的美好境界。人文素养的培养和熏陶可通过通识教育来进行。科学素养与人文素养涵盖了人的综合素质,因此要从根本上推动科学素养与人文素养的结合,造就既有科学素养也有人文素养的全面发展的人才。
