我国科普人才队伍存在的问题及对策研究

本文从分析科普人才的基本概念入手,对科普人才及其队伍的构成、基本特点、存在的主要问题,以及产生这些问题的主要原因,进行深入研究。提出在新的历史条件下,加强科普人才队伍的建设和培养,既是落实国家发展战略的要求、社会发展的需要,也是科普事业自身发展的基础和关键之举。作者认为,科普人才队伍的培养和发展须遵循＂正规教育与培训提高相结合,激励与引导相结合,战略布局与局部提升相结合＂的原则,在进行调查研究和科学规划的基础上,系统地培养和开发科普人才,并结合开展人才评估,提高科普人才队伍的素质和质量,以满足各方面对科普工作和科普人才的要求。
