我国科普人才队伍发展的历程和取得的成绩

本文深入系统地分析了新中国成立以来我国科普人才队伍发展的历程，以及在弘扬科学精神、捍卫科学尊严、普及科学知识等方面发挥的作用和取得的成绩。作者结合中国社会政治经济发展的阶段性特点，把科普人才队伍的发展划分为三个大的阶段，并对不同阶段的特点、人才队伍的规模、组成进行了系统分析，揭示了科普人才队伍发展的历史轨迹和共同特点，对于新时期我国科普人才队伍的建设和发展具有重要的指导作用和借鉴意义。

Analyzing on the History and Achievements of the Development of Chinese Talent Team for Science Popularization

This paper systematically analyzes the developing history of the Talent Team for Science Popularization （TTSP） , the main achievements the Team has made and the great role it has played in spreading scientific spirits, defending the dignity of science and disseminating the scientific and technological knowledge since the foundation of P.R. of China. The author divides the history of the TrsP development into three phases which fit into the periodic features of the social, political and economic developments of the country, and brings to light the traces and figures of the TrsP development by analyzing its structure, features, developing process and periodic characteristics. All the findings and conclusions could be valuable and helpful for the construction and further development of TTSP in the future.
