摘    要:实验研究了近红外二极管激光吸收光谱(TDLAS)技术在煤矿瓦斯气体安全探测中的应用.基于TDLAS的自平衡二次谐波探测方法能够有效地消除激光器光强波动等共模噪声和其他同性干扰的影响,特殊设计的气体吸收池能有效抑制光学干涉条纹,从而降低检测限.实验中吸收池长10 cm,充有10300 ppm的甲烷气体,检测限低于6.5 ppm.这种方法不需使用多次反射池,光路调节简单,能适应煤矿中甲烷气体的监测.

Abstract:The application of near-infrared tunable diode laser absorption(TDLAS) spectroscopy in coal mine gas measurement is experimentally studied. Dual-beam detection with auto-balanced receiver based on TDLAS can effectively decrease laser intensity noise and other common mode noise, and special designed gas cell can decrease eliminate optics interference fringe effectively. Experiments show that auto-balanced second harmonic detection can obtain ideal results. In measurements of 10300 ppm methane with 10 cm path length, the detection limit is below 6.5 ppm. The method is suitable for detecting methane of coal mine because it works without multi-pass cell and its modulation is simple.
