摘    要:可调谐半导体激光吸收光谱(TDLAS)技术是一种具有高灵敏、高分辨、快速响应等特点的气体检测技术,利用半导体激光器可调谐、窄线宽特性,通过检测气体的一条吸收线实现气体浓度的准确检测.阐述了基于波长调制TDLAS技术的氧气检测方法,选择DFB激光器作为光源,通过检测760 nm附近氧气分子的一条吸收线实现了氧气在线监测,主要分析了谐波信号的特性及系统的线性响应.

Abstract:As to improve the spectral resolution of the Sagnac interference imaging spectrometer, the mathematical model of the system is analyzed. The effect of the offset of the Sagnac prism on the spectral resolution of the system is discussed, and the concrete numerical value of the prism offset is calculated. The simulation experiment is carried out by importing the simulation spectral curve and assuming that it was error free in the instrument installation. The result shows that the spectral resolution can be 2 nm by adapting the calculated offset value, which has the guiding significance for the structure design of the system.
