| 摘 要： | 该文针对现有终端管理信息模型无法为普适终端业务提供完整信息支撑的现状,研究普适终端业务对管理信息的需求及其信息建模方法。基于该方法形成了一套通用的普适终端业务管理信息模型。该模型基于分域的组织框架,提供从设备、网络、业务到用户层面的管理信息,展现了各信息间的关系,有效地弥补了现有终端管理信息模型的不足。提出了基于管理信息模型的推理实现智能化、个性化普适终端业务的机制。最后通过一个具体业务接续场景验证了提出的建模方法及业务实现机制。结果表明,该信息模型能够对各种被管资源进行抽象,基于该信息模型可实现异构终端环境下面向用户个性需求的普适终端业务。
