基于故障树的全自动湿法清洗设备故障诊断

针对全自动湿法清洗设备的结构和功能特点,使用故障树方法建立本系统故障树模型,对本系统故障进行定性分析。得到的各个故障顶事件的最小割集构成了系统故障数据库,通过使用数据库管理软件Microsoft Access处理编辑数据库数据,利用Microsoft Visual C++6.0编写查询诊断软件,实现了对自动湿法清洗设备故障快速查询诊断,以及对故障处理方法的快速查询。
