圆锥滚子蜗形凸轮轮廓曲面的数学模型

摘    要:蜗形凸轮是电子工业专用设备中的重要机构,它用来实现交错轴间的分度运动。本文应用齐次变换和微分几何的理论及方法建立了圆锥滚子蜗形凸轮轮廓曲面的数学模型。该模型运用矩阵算法,理论正确,计算精确,便于在计算机上计算。由于蜗形凸轮在使用中,滚子多为圆锥形,因比该模型有较强的实用性,是转位凸轮CAD/CAM系统的重要基础。

Abstract:Based on the theories and methods of spatial coordinate transformation and differential geometry,a model is proposed in the present paper for the profile of the worm cam,which is frequently used to index between two intercross shafts in the electronic-purposed equipment.Owing to the fact that a worm cam is more often than not working with the conical rollers the model is helpful in a large measure for the design and calculation of a cam and therefore is of significance both in practice and in the cam CAD/CAM system.
