| 摘 要： | 军事装备效能评估是军事系统工程领域研究的热点之一。在对军事装备效能及效能评估定义进行探讨的基础上，给出了装备效能评估的基本过程，阐述了军事装备效能评估的重要意义，归纳和综述了装备效能评估常用模型和方法，最后分析了军事装备效能评估研究的现状，并对装备效能评估研究的重点进行了思考。

| Abstract: | Effectiveness evaluation for military equipment is a research hotspot in military system engineering realm. Based on the definition of effectiveness and its evaluation for military equipment, the process for military equipment effectiveness evaluation is presented, and the significance of effectiveness evaluation is discussed. The commonly used models and methods for equipment effectiveness evaluation are summarized, and the current situation is analyzed. |
