Abstract:A PID controller based on closed-loop gain shaping was presented and was applied in controller design for an aero-engine control system.First,the final shape of the expected closed-loop transfer function with one order was designed according to the cutoff frequency of the control system.And then,the transfer function of the controlled plant was expressed as a 2-order deep strictly proper plant.A new closed-loop control system with the 2-order plant and the PID controller were formed.Then,the parameters of PID controller can be directly constructed according to the closed-loop gain shaping design method by supposing that the expected closed-loop transfer function was equal to the actual transfer function.Simulation result verified the fine robustness and dynamic quality of the controller and the validity of this method.
