评估指标的确定是C4ISR系统效能评估的一个重要环节,其结果将直接影响效能评估的正确与否。为了全面评估C4ISR系统效能,结合C4ISR系统决策信息流程,综合选取具有代表性的指标,构建了评估指标体系的层次模型。针对定量和定性指标相结合情况,引入了一种基于百分制属性值的单系统效能评估方法。

Primary Study on Effectiveness Evaluation of C4 ISR System

The determining of evaluation index is very important for the evaluation of C4ISR system,whose result will affect the validity of evaluation directly. In order to implement a comprehensive evaluation,some representative indices were chosen to build up the hierarchy model based on the decision-making flow of C4ISR system. In view of the combination of quantitative and qualitative index,a new method was put forward based on the percentage score for the effectiveness evaluation of single system.
