| 摘 要： | 为了对卫星导航系统进行效能评估,提出了一种新的效能评估方法一粗糙集理论.在基于粗糙集理论的属性约简能力基础上,建立了卫星导航系统评估指标体系,确立了系统评价决策表和权重计算方法.通过对卫星导航系统实际测试数据的评估分析,得出了约简后的属性重要度和指标权重,与通常使用的层次分析法所得评估结果一致.表明利用粗糙集理论进行效能评估,可以克服传统方法确定权重系数的主观性,使得评估结果更具合理性和科学性.
