电子稳像算法精度评价方法研究

摘    要:提出一种评价电子稳像算法精度的方法,解决了某些情况下,常用稳像评价方法不能有效对稳像效果进行评价的问题.该方法用同一种标准可以评定不同特征和运动规律的图像序列,其评价的效果将有助于电子稳像算法的改进,促进该项技术的进一步发展.

Abstract:The commonly used evaluation methods can't implement effective evaluation to the effect of the electronic image stabilization,thus we proposed a method to evaluate the accuracy of the image stabilization algorithm.This method uses a same standard to evaluate the effects of various series of images.The evaluated effect may be useful for improvement of the stabilization algorithm and for the further development of the technique.
