摘    要:针对信息化车间运行遇到的巡检人员作业强度大和处理问题反应不及时两大问题,利用基于移动定位技术的多功能手环及手持终端,实现故障隐患信息毫秒级实时接收与实时远程处理;利用单元故障智能诊断技术、协同故障智能诊断技术和多指标分析评价风险预警技术,实现故障解决措施自生成、隐患预警与定制化推送。经试验验证,所设计的智能巡检系统室内定位误差较小,故障智能诊断结果和风险预警结果准确,满足实际生产需求。

Abstract:To solve the two essential bottlenecks of high working intensity and delay for operators in informationized workshop,an intelligent inspection system is designed.By using the hand-held terminal and multi-function watch based on mobile localization technology,it can realize the inspect information receiving at millisecond level and analyze potential fault in real time.This system unitizes such technology as fault diagnosis,cooperative fault diagnosis and multi-index risk analysis to generate fault solution,early warning and customized push.The result of simulation experiments shows that the inspection system has accurate diagnosis result,precise early warning result and less location error,so it can fully meet the demands of production.
