Abstract:According to the security requirement during producing and storing flammable and explosive medium, a solution about environment parameter acq uisition system based on PROFIBUS-DP is proposed. The system structure and controll ing process are designed.The network communication protocol of system is describ ed in combination with PROFIB US-DP open location bus.The CPU and I/O module of S7-200 series are used as a lo wer computer and an independent MCGS as a upper monitoring computer to realize c entralized management and real-time monitoring of the collected data.The practic al o peration proves that the system has stable performance, high reliability and pro cess automation efficiency,so the design objectives are achieved.
