直接转矩控制方案中的定子电阻与转速估计

摘    要:在无速度传感器异步电动机直接转矩控制方案中,以下因素将影响异步电动机的定予磁链估计精度:纯积分环节的直流漂移、逆变桥死区时间的设置、电动机的温升所引起的异步电动机的定子电阻变化及测量误差等。针对以上因素,提出了相应的估计和改进的方法,给出了实验结果,从而验证了所提出方案的有效性。

Abstract:In the direct torque control scheme of induction motor, there are several factors that will affect the precision of the stator flux estimation: such as the drift of the pure integrator, the dead time of the inverter bridge, the value of the stator resistance changes with the temperature and the error of the measurement etc. Taking into account those factors, we proposed some corresponding measures to compensate or improve it; some experimental results were given to valid the effect of those measures.
