| Abstract: | The rotary guillotine cutter is the important equipment in the tobacco production line. This paper introduces an advanced technique which is used in the rotary guillotine cutter. By applying the STO （Safe Torque Off）, a function built in the driver of EMERSON, it can be realized that the Knife drum of the cutter is running safely and slowly in the maintenance mode. |
