| 摘 要： | 介绍了在常规模式下开发信息系统项目的不利因素，提出了在信息系统工程项目开发中引入工程监理的信息系统开发模式，对信息系统工程监理的概念、主要工作任务进行了说明，中心论述了在引入了信息系统工程监理机制的开发中的建设方、承建方和监理方的三者关系。
