摘    要:介绍一种由采集子系统和压缩子系统组成的视频处理系统设计方案.本系统选用功能全面的SAA7113H芯片作为视频解码器,乒乓缓存技术实现视频图像数据的高速缓存,图像压缩选用基于DCT的JPEG算法.着重阐述存储控制和压缩的VHDL实现.该方案具有灵活性,可以满足多种传输方式的需要.

Abstract:This paper introduces a programme of video processing system which are made of data acquired subsystem and compression subsystem.In this system multifunctional SAA7113H chip is as a video decoder,video image data is stored highly with ping-pong cache technology,image compressing uses JPEG based on DCT.It focuses on how to achieve storage control and compression by VHDL.The programme has flexibility to meet the needs of a variety of transmission means.
