| Abstract: | This paper describes a new high power RF amplifier's IMD signal envelope detection method and compare technology, which is used to detect and estimate the RF spectral regrowth. We designed an intermo (dulation) distortion detector applied to the feedforward linearization of RF high power amplifier. How to cancel carrier and detect the intermodulation distortion signal of power amplifier will be discussed. |
