基于广义模糊算子的焊缝图像的缺陷提取

摘    要:在X射线成像自动检测技术中,至关重要的一步就是图像中缺陷的提取和分割,其处理效果直接影响到后续缺陷的识别的正确性。先对焊缝图像进行广义模糊算子GFO增强处理,再运用数学形态学对焊道边界进行处理,最后提取出焊缝缺陷。实验证明,该方法能有效地提取出缺陷,为后续正确识别缺陷打下良好基础。

Abstract:One important step of automatic X-ray inspection is how to extract and segment defects in X-ray inspection image. The processing result has effect on the correctness of next work for the defects recognition. This paper, firstly enhances the weld image by Generalized Fuzzy Operator(GFO). Secondly, morphology is used filtering on the edge of welding line. Finally, the defects are extracted in weld line. The experience shows the defects is extraced effectively by this method. It is the good base of defect recognition.
