基于支持向量回归机的台风灾害损失分析

通过分析台风灾害损失的各影响因素,对表示致灾因素、承灾因素和抗灾因素的统计数据进行简单的数据处理,并作为支持向量回归机的影响因子,而台风灾害造成的各损失作为预测量,建立台风灾害损失的支持向量机回归评估模型.模型的历史数据拟合情况良好,并且在后期台风数据的实际评估中,表现了很好的预测效果,因此,该模型可以用于实际台风灾害损失的评估预测,能够在一定程度上反应灾害的损失程度,能够为防灾减灾工作提供理论依据.

Analysis of typhoon disaster loss based on support vector regression machine

This paper analyzes all factors for the typhoon disaster loss,the statistical data of the performance causal factors,order of the disasters and anti-disaster factors are simply processing.It regards as the influencing factors of support vector regression machine,and all loss of the typhoon disaster regard as the predicting quantity,so the evaluating model of the typhoon disasters loss based on support vector regression machine is set up.The historical data fitting of the model are in good condition,and the practical evaluation for the post-tropical typhoon data has a good predicting results.The model can evaluate and predict the practical typhoon disaster loss,it can provide a theory base for the disaster prevention and mitigation.
