| 摘 要： | 在分析超声波相位差法测量流体流量基本原理的基础上,提出了一种利用过零检测技术测量相位差的方法,并依据此方法给出了系统模型.通过以数据信号处理器为硬件电路核心器件,实现信号的高速采集和运算,满足过零检测所需要的时间分辨率,从而提高了系统的测量精度.此外,完善了外围电路设计,提高了系统的实时性.
