摘    要:给出一种用于测量运动目标多普勒信号的毫米波同腔混频收发前端,分析了工作原理和性能参数,并给出实验结果。该前端具有小体积、高强度、低功耗、高灵敏度、易于调试和批量生产等优点,已应用于多种毫米波近距离测距系统。

Abstract:In this paper,a millimeter wave radar front-end, the transceiver assembly with Gunn device and mixer diode mounted in common waveguide cavity,is given and used to detect Doppler signal of a moving target.The analyses of principle and specification as well as the experiment results are presented. This assembly has the advantages of small size,great strength,low power consumption,high sensitivity,easy modulation and mass production,and it has been applied to many kinds of proximal range-determining system.
