摘    要:研究讨论了液晶高分子聚合物(Liquid crystal polymer,LCP)柔性基板的50Ω标准微带线的损耗特性,提出了一种考虑传输线高频特性的建模技术.通过一系列建模流程将这种技术应用到实际计算中,并与仿真结果和实测结果相对比.结果表明,随着频率升高,由于趋肤深度和表面粗糙度引起的导体损耗计算数据和实测数据有较高拟合度.并且验证了LCP基板有着极低的正切损耗和较低的介质损耗,在高频电子线路中有着较好的应用前景.

Abstract:The loss characterization of 50Ωstandard microstrip based on liquid crystal polymer flexible substrate was discussed and a modeling technology considering the high frequency characteristics of transmission line was put forward.This technology was applied to actual computation through a series of modeling procedures and the comparison between simulation result and actual measurement result was made.The result reveals that the computational data and measured data of conductor loss resulted from skin depth and surface roughness share high degree of fitting as the frequency rises.It also proves that LCP substrate has very low loss tangent and low dielectric loss and has good application prospect in high-frequency electronic circuit.
