摘    要:本文描述了X波段宽带压控耿氏振荡器的结构和采用并联电抗补偿改善的电调谐特性:在600~800MHz调谐范围内,最小输出功率为30~80mW,功率变化一般为1.5dB,最大和最小电调斜率比典型值不超过1.3,最佳值为1.06。其工程应用表明,该振荡器无需外部线性化电路即能满足整机要求。


An X-Band Broadband Gunn VCO with High Linearity
Abstract:This paper describes the structure of a wide-band voltage controlled Gunn oscillator at X band. Its electrically tuning characteristics are improved by parallel reactance compensation: the minimum power output of 30-80mW, the power variation of 1.5dB, and the typical ratio of the maximum to the minimum slopes being less then 1.3 with the optimum of 1.06 over 600-800 MHz band. The oscillator can meet the requirements of its eagineering applicatione without external linearized circuits.
