LCD/LCM微电流除噪实验研究

摘    要:在LCD/LCM的质量控制中,对微电流的测量是影响器件质量的重要因素。针对微电流测量设计了把微电流信号转换成电压信号的检测电路,包括放大和滤波功能;提出了一种用模拟开关自动切换量程,以及用输入时钟脉冲调整电流截止频率的设计方案。仿真显示得到较好效果。

Abstract:In the quality control of LCD/LCM, the measure to micro-current is the important factors to the result of detection. Detection circuit converted from micro-current signal to voltage signal is designed in the measurement of micro-current, including the function of amplifying and filtering .A design project is proposed to control automatically current range with analog switch and adjust cut-off frequency of current with clock pulse inputed . Simulation shows the result is better.
