| 摘 要： | 文章对房地产估价方法进行分析,研究房地产价格时变性的估价系统,并提出一种新型的房地产动态估价系统的设计方案,在方案中将分布式爬虫技术和基于回归的增量学习方法相结合,为构建房地产动态估价系统奠定了良好的基础。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the real estate valuation method,studies the real estate price time-varying valuation system,and puts forward a new design scheme of real estate dynamic valuation system,which combines distributed crawler technology with incremental learning method based on regression in the scheme.It lays a good foundation for the construction of real estate dynamic valuation system. |
