微型铝电解电容器小体积化技术的研究

摘    要:分析了微型铝电解电容器的技术难点,通过对工作电解液的开发,优选原村料,以及对关键工艺的改进,实现了5mm高度微型铝电解电容器的小体积化技术,研制出的产品能耐260℃无铅回流焊。105℃高温下寿命达2000h.

Abstract:The technical difficulties of miniature aluminum eiectrolyric capacitor were analyzed. The working electrolyte was developed, the materials were choosen,and the key technology was improved. The small size technology of miniature aluminum electrolyric capaci-tor with 5 mm height was achieved. This type of product can resistant PC-FREE reflow solder at 260℃,and endure 2000 hours load life at 105℃.
