摘    要:EMC测试转台具有大负载、高精度、超低速的特点,并须符合EUT测试标准的电磁兼容性要求。为了满足转台的性能要求,该设计采用交流伺服系统,其优点是定位和稳速精度高、调速范围宽、动态响应速度快、运行稳定。控制系统除了能完成对转台的控制功能外,还要提供远程控制接口功能,通讯协议采用IEEE 488.2。

Abstract:The feature of EMC test turntable is large load,high accuracy and ultralow speed.The EMC test turntable must match the requirement of EUT test criteria.To match the performance requirement of this turntable,we use AC servo system in the design the control system,the feature is high accuracy of localization and stabilizing speed,good speed governing,fast dynamic response and stabilizing run.Except of completed task of control turntable running,the control system must offer the API of remote control,and the communication protocol should use IEEE 488.2.
