| 摘 要： | 六西格玛是一种质量改进的方法。本文介绍了六西格玛的统计意义、六西格玛管理的内涵及特点。运用DMAIC方法,结合纯碱工艺存在的问题进行分析、初步实践,达到质量标准的要求,提升了企业质量管理的水平。
