褐煤轻度热解与成型关系的研究

摘    要:介绍了褐煤成型技术的研究现状,对褐煤无粘结剂成型的机理、成型假说进行了分析和总结,指出褐煤中腐植酸和沥青质等是具有粘结性的胶体和有机质,在褐煤热压提质成型过程中起粘结剂的作用。并研究了热解温度及升温速度对褐煤低温热解的影响,进一步表明在不同温度、粒度、保温时间条件下,通过低温热解轻质烃的析出规律及成分分析研究褐煤无粘结剂成型机理是行之有效的。

Abstract:The paper summarizes the current state of research of lignite briquetting and analyzes the mechanism and hypothesis lignite briquetting without binder. It is pointed in the paper that the substances of humic acid and bituminic etc in lignite are the colloidal and organic substances with biding property, which serves a function of binder in lignite heating briquetting process. Studies have been also conducted on the effect of Pyrolysis temperature and rate at which the temperature rises up on lignite Pyrolysis at low temperature. This further indicates that, under conditions of different temperature, particle size and heat reserving time, it is feasible to affect lignite briquetting without adding any binder, through light hydrocarbon extraction by pyrolyzing at low temperature.
