摘    要:文章在研究二段底流口直径与其流量关系的基础上,建立了二段底流口直径与其流量的关系方程;根据原煤被分选后矸石的数量及悬浮液分配体积,求出了二段底流口直径;依据二段溢流口、底流口直径与流量的关系,求出了二段溢流口直径;再根据相关经验公式,求出了一段溢流口直径,从而确定出了三产品重介质旋流器结构参数中最重要的三个口径,为合理、准确地确定三产品重介质旋流器结构参数提供了科学的依据。

Calculation of Structural Parameter of Three-product Dense Medium Cyclone
Abstract:Based on the study the relation ship of diameter of underflow of secondary section and its flow rate, the equation of relationship between diameter of underflow of secondary section and its flow rate was established. This method clearly identified unreasonable. In accordance with the number of refuse in washed and distributed volume of the suspension, we can get the diameter of the secondary underflow orifice; According to the relationship between the diameter of the secondary overflow, underflow mouth and flow, the diameter of secondary overflow is obtained. Then according to the equation, we can get the diameter of the first overflow orifice, and then we determined the diameter of the three most important mouths of three-product dense medium cyclone structure parameters. The method provide a scientific basis for reasonable and exactly determine the structure parameters of the three-product dense medium cyclone.
