不同粒度煤泥浮选特性的试验研究

摘    要:进行了粒度上限为1mm煤泥的浮选特性研究,通过窄粒级煤泥浮选动力学试验,考察了叶轮转速与充气量对浮选动力学常数和浮选精煤产率的影响规律。结果表明,对于不同粒度级煤,叶轮转速变化比充气量变化对浮选速率的影响更为显著。在充气量较低时,叶轮转速对浮选速率常数的影响较明显,浮选速率常数随叶轮转速的提高而增大。对于同一粒度级的煤,当充气量保持不变时,浮选精煤产率和浮选速率常数随叶轮转速的提高而增加。

Abstract:The paper deals with some research works on flotation property of coal slime with particle top size limit of 1 mm. An investigation has also been conducted on law governing the effect of variation in revolution of impeller and aeration rate on dynamic coefficient of impeller and yield of flotation clean coal. The results show that as for coal with different particle size, variation in impeller revolution has a more effect on flotation rate than that in aeration rate. In case of lower aeration, the revolution of impeller has a more evident effect on flotation rate coefficient and flotation rate coefficient increases with increase in impeller revolution. As for coal with size within an identical fraction and in case that aeration keeps constant, flotation clean coal yield and flotation coefficient rate also increases with increase in impeller revolution.
